WorldCard Color (Windows 7 / Vista 32 or 64 bit, Windows XP 32 bit)

Question:The computer cannot detect device of the WorldCard Color scanner when you plug it into USB port from computer. What can I do?

You may follow below steps to see if your problem can be solved.
 
[Step1]  Please plug the scanner to USB port.
 
[Step2]  Which OS are you installing into?
For Type 1, if it is Windows XP version , please go to "Start" and select "My Computer", and then right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties", and then select "Device Manager" and click it.

For Type 2, if it is Windows Vista version, please go to "Start" and select "Computer", and then right click on "Computer" and select "Properties", and then select "Device Manager" and click it.

For Type 3, if it is Windows 7 version, please go to "Start" and select "Computer", and then right click on "Computer" and select "Properties", and then select "Device Manager" and click it.

[Step3]  Please kindly check if "USB Device" or "600dpi USB scanner" is showed, and then right click on it and select "Properties".

 
[Step4]  Please select "Details", and then select "Hardware lds" to check USB\Vid&Pid information.

For example, If it is a " USB\Vid_07b3&Pid_0421" (Color 731) , you may visit following FAQ:
